Sell The Heart Records is proud to announce a brand new 7-band compilation titled A 7 Step Guide To Happiness.Featuring exclusive tracks from: Her Head's On Fire, Time Spent Driving, Neckscars, Hotlung, Shotclock, Bear Away and Hauntu. Each song will be featured as a stand alone single on digital streaming platforms, but it will also be compiled as a single-sided 12" Vinyl EP that will feature a custom etching on the B-side of the vinyl.Limited to only 100 copies being pressed on black vinyl, this is a one time pressing and these tracks can only be found here. The lead-off single is the song "Bound" from Her Head's On Fire, with a new song from the comp being released every two weeks leading up to the full release.
